The building has been designed to be carbon neutral and one of the greenest buildings in the country.

Ramsgate Street, Hackney A 14 storey mixed-use development that incorporates basement parking, four floors of commercial units and residential flats above and to the side.
Features:
The bold “aerofoil” design intensifies wind speed to a corkscrew wind turbine running down the spine of to supply 15% of the energy requirements of the building.
It uses a partial green roof.
