Our Milton Keynes office supported the new build construction of an 11 storey mixed use building, which comprises a 3 storey primary school at the lower levels of the building and the remaining 8 stories accommodate 101 residential flats.
The project started in 2014 and Assent worked closely with Telford Homes to ensure that the building regulations meet their requirements at all stages of the development.
