High speed electronic communications networks: Approved Document Part R

The Government has recently approved Building Regulation Part R which covers requirements for high-speed electronic communications networks in buildings.  The approved document takes effect from 1 January 2017 for use in England. It does not apply to work subject to a building notice, full plans application or initial notice submitted before 1 January 2017.  Check it out by clicking on the link..
