Our Manchester office was appointed by Laurus Homes to act as their Building Control Approved Inspector for the new retail / residential development on Cross Street in Sale Trafford.
This is a high quality mixed use development and will include retail units on the ground floor and 34 one and two bedroom luxury apartments on the higher floors. The building is architecturally distinctive but respects and makes a positive contribution to the wider locality and it is close to good public transport links.
Assent's Building Control Surveyor Pete Atherton is looking forward to working with the developers and the architects throughout the project to ensure the building is in compliance with the building regulations. Pete will also be inspecting on the quality issues through his clerk of works service.
