2018 was a significant year for Assent Building Control, as they charted record growth. As a result, Assent are now the largest Approved Inspector in England. Over the course of that year, they registered over 18,000 initial notices and registered 14,000 new residential plots which represent over 7% of national house building with an estimated market value of over £630m*.
Through significant investment in innovative technologies and high-quality staff, Assent deliver forward-thinking building control services. In the coming months, Oculus will also take advantage of the support systems that Assent have in place, by adopting the Assent in-house project management system, which gives clients easy access to ongoing projects in real time.
