Assent Building Control are delighted that Avenue HQ on East Parade in Leeds has been shortlisted for a Yorkshire and Humber RICS Award 2019. The annual awards recognise projects that are positively contributing to their local communities, with Avenue HQ Leeds nominated in the commercial category.
Located in the heart of the city centre and situated over 5 floors, the Grade II listed building has been repurposed from a traditional office building to a community workspace which has bars, a coffee shop, 35 private offices, co-working space for 300 people and even a spectacular roof terrace.
Assent nominated the scheme following the work by Paragon Interiors and Cunniff Design to deliver a scheme that has been well received since opening.
The RICS Awards will take place on 17th May at Centenary Pavilion, Leeds United Football Club. The full project team will be attending, including John Miles from Assent, Martin Sutcliffe and Patrick Evers from Cunniff Design.
