Today I attended a round table discussion hosted by the RICS with industry leaders on how we face the challenge of improving standards for new built homes. There was some great insight and discussion on how we raise standards and provide greater security for house buyers.. Assent discussed how the Clerk of Works can pick up from where ‘the regs stop’.
