Assent Building Control are delighted to announce the successful completion of the CICAIR Approved Inspector re-licensing process. As England’s largest Approved Inspectors, and with over 15 years’ experience in delivering the highest standards of building control, we take great pride in meeting the rigorous criteria for gaining Approved Inspector status.

Completing the re-licensing process has reaffirmed our ability to provide intelligent, insightful building control solutions that safeguard the investments of both individuals and companies. After handling 21,000 applications in 2019 alone, registering 30,000 individual residential projects over the past two years, and undertaking 11,000 commercial across office fit outs, hotels and new industrial buildings, our team of experts have delivered on our commitment to empower architectural ambition through forward thinking and innovation, enabling us to deliver safer buildings for all.
With the security of our newly re-licensed Approved Inspector status in place, we look ahead to the future, using it as a foundation for offering new services to clients on both domestic and commercial projects. This means further developing our quality focused, ISO 9001 accredited Clerk of Works (CoW) provision. Through our CoW, we go beyond standard building control compliance and provide ‘real time’ quality monitoring from conception to completion, safeguarding the quality of life for building occupants nationwide.
As well as continuing to plan for the future, it is essential that we address the current challenges we face as a country too. In this time of crisis, our surveyor network continues to support clients on a variety of projects, as well as helping the NHS deliver a number of COVID-19 related projects.
