Assent Building Control worked with Allies Morrison, Watermans and Laing O'Rourke to help deliver Two Fifty One a new multi storey mixed use building which is a major part of the re-generation of the Elephant and Castle, London.
The 41 storey building comprises of 335 apartments, 3100 square metres of office and 280 square meters of retail space.

Assent Building Control provided the building control function for the Heworth Green development in York. The £12 million development offers a total of 60,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation with open plan floor plates of 9540 sq ft.
Many sustainable features were incorporated into the design including a combined heating and cooling system with an integrated heat recovery system to reduce running costs.
