Assent Nuneaton were involved with the sustainable retrofit of a mixed residential/commercial development to Passivhaus' EnerPHit standard. The Project was to develop a cost effective building using solid wall insulation and is running as part of the Green Contruction Board as well as being a key part of the UKs energy efficiency strategy. The energy cost for each flat is only £3.75 - £4.00 a week, which is a saving of 90%!

Lloyds Chambers in London is a 10 storey existing office block that was refurbished and using Assent's expertise we helped the client to ensure maximum floor area was utilised whilst meeting means of escape in fire requirements.

Assent Building Control are working with Allies Morrison, Watermans and Laing O'Rourke to help deliver Two Fifty One a new multi storey mixed use building which is a major part of the re-generation of the Elephant and Castle, London.
The 41 storey building comprises of 335 apartments, 3100 square metres of office and 280 square meters of retail space.

The scheme was designed by Darling Architects and provides office floors averaging 190 sq. m. around a newly constructed atrium with cantilevered meeting rooms overlooking it.
Heworth Green, York
Assent Building Control provided the building control function for the Heworth Green development in York. The £12 million development offers a total of 60,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation with open plan floor plates of 9540 sq ft.
Many sustainable features were incorporated into the design including a combined heating and cooling system with an integrated heat recovery system to reduce running costs.
