The Assent Surrey office was instructed, by the award-winning developer Richmond Green Developments, to carry out building control services on this magnificent Grade II listed building on Spring Terrace in Richmond.
The two luxury family residences are exquisite examples of Georgian architectural. The Grade II listing created interesting building control issues conflicting the conservation agency.

This project in Cadogan Gate, Knightsbridge was constructed to an exact specification both to the structural and interior finishes. Due to the existing footprint size, a fire engineering approach was required to achieve the required level of habitual space and to increase the floors area as a development. A combined method of a full sprinkler system with an aspirating smoke detector system incorporating a smoke venting control was used. This projects shows without question that fire engineering solutions can work alongside with the properties of the highest interior specification.
