Birley Fields Campus Development

Assent Building Control were proud to be involved in the 120m pound development at the Manchester Metropolitan University. The development included 1,100 student bedrooms, a 22.jpg ,000m2 University Campus Building, a multi storey car park and a Campus Energy Centre. The new Birley Fields Campus created 340 jobs, opened up new training opportunities and created links with schools to help local children and young people progress into higher education.
