Assent Building Control worked with Eco Arc to provide the Building Control function on a bespoke development of sustainable housing near Lancaster.
The project is an intergenerational cohousing community at Forge Bank, Halton that encourages social interaction and had been built on ecological values. It includes around 25 homes with community facilities and workshop/office space.
