Assent worked with Allies Morrison, Watermans and Laing O’Rourke to help deliver Two Fifty One a new multi storey mixed use building which is a major part of the re-generation of the Elephant and Castle, London.
The 41 storey building comprises of 335 apartments, 3100 square metres of office and 280 square meters of retail space.
Assent Building Control worked with the design team to ensure that the scheme met all the regulations whilst not obstructing the programme.
