Assent Building Control worked closely with the Client and Project Managers to provide building control services on this bespoke renovation and extension of a windmill to form a highly efficient family dwelling in North Yorkshire.
The project challenges included means of escape from fire and insulation of the existing structure and we worked closely with the Architect to overcome these issues.
