Assent has announced its subsidiary company, Oculus Building Consultancy, has completed the CICAIR Approved Inspector re-licence process successfully achieving a 5 year licence renewal.

Assent is England’s largest Approved Inspector, and the acquisition of Oculus in 2018 strengthened the group’s resources. The systems and people within the group have been instrumental in meeting the rigorous CICAIR criteria for its continued Approved Inspector status.
The Oculus licence renewal reaffirmed Assent’s ability to provide intelligent, insightful built environment solutions that safeguard the investments of both individuals and companies.
